At Impressive One, we constantly monitor the development of the Covid-19 outbreak and have set the well-being, health and safety of our staff and guests as our top priority. We comply with the guidelines of the relevant health authorities (EU and National) and have implemented preventive measures and enhanced hygiene and safety protocols to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
In order to fully comply with the current safety regulations certain services and offerings may have been adjusted or withdrawn.
Due to safety measures and contact tracing the Hotel will require personal data such as ID, phone number, email address and place of residence in accordance with GDPR.
The staff has been trained in the use of PPE and in implementing health & safety measures.
Safety signage installed in all designated areas.
Physical distancing rules are applied in all common areas.
Screen between staff and guests installed in reception area.
All public areas undergo regular disinfections especially high contact areas.
Check in time is now at 15.00pm and check out at 11.00am.
Early check in or late check out is subject to availability.
Hand sanitizers are available in guest rooms and common areas.
Personal Protective Equipment is available upon request.
First Aid kit is available at the reception.
Available health check, designated doctor on call.
Contactless Check- In/Out (using MyStay app).
Digital or single use menus for table service or room service.

Guest rooms
All shared stationery has been removed from the rooms.
Personal hand sanitizer available in al guest rooms.
Each room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays, in a 2 stage process, with professional chemicals approved for SARS COV-2 and then with steam above 100°.
Each room remains sealed after disinfection.
Frequency of the daily cleaning service and daily linen change is at the guest’s discretion.
All Linen and laundry washed above 60⁰ in accordance with official guidelines.
Food and Beverage
A la Carte breakfast and restaurant menu, reservation required.
Table Service or Room Service.
Digital menus available for contactless order and delivery.
Physical distancing in dining area.
Constant sanitation of all spaces, table ware and kitchen equipment.
All employees wear appropriate personal protective equipment and have undergone training with the current health & safety protocols.
Pool Area
Increased water quality control.
Sunbeds and Lounges regularly cleaned and disinfected, reservation is required.
Capacity of the pool lounge has been reduced and Safety distancing 2m is applied.
Pool towels are provided.
Shower before and after entering the pool is required.
Only 6 persons are allowed in the pool simultaneously.
